Great location near downtown and shopping center, comfortable beds, excellent complimentary breakfast with homemade waffles and fresh fruit. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Cindy, Austin, and the new breakfast attendant.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and well taken care of. The parking area was secure, and the entire facility was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and approachable, always available to help with any requests or questions. The location was perfect for our family, with easy access to Maymont Park and other attractions. The breakfast options, though limited, were satisfactory. We especially enjoyed the changing menu each day, with delicious bacon, sausage, and omelets. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The best part was the excellent customer service - any request or concern was promptly addressed. it was a comfortable and value-for-money stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.
The AC in our room was quite loud, which disturbed our sleep.

the hotel is clean and close to many restaurants and gas stations. super friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. the location was handy for getting around, and the availability of breakfast was a plus.

i had a very nice stay at Country Inn. the room was very nice and the bed slept so very nicely! the staff was very friendly and cordial. the hotel is very clean and well maintained. the housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating when we requested a specific time for cleaning.

The breakfast options were not all to my liking, but the clean and spacious room, along with a friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. The location offered easy access to downtown Richmond, and the amenities like the tea and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. The indoor pool and hot tub were also a great addition to my stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel.
